How does KeyTrack® benefit me?
Increased communications, via online access to a shared digital report called a TSR (Transaction Status Report), that is created by law firms using KeyTrack®, along with 'real time' e-mail and SMS Text Message Updates as property deals progress through to settlement day.
Client of a KeyTrack® Law Firm You know when your Sale & Purchase Agreement has been received by your Lawyer/Legal Executive and that it is being worked on. You get piece of mind, knowing that everyone involved will be kept up to date regarding your sale or purchase, using today's modern means of communication. There is less stress for you, especially on settlement day when you get your SMS Text Message! You can add your own notes to the TSR that will be emailed to all parties.
Real Estate Agent KeyTrack® helps you keep track of your property deals both online (by viewing the TSR) and by the email updates that you will receive, and no matter where you are you will know what is happening with your deals via the SMS Text Messages that you will also receive from KeyTrack law firms.
As the agent involved, you too can add your own notes to the TSR in your own notes section that will be emailed to all parties.
Real Estate Manager or Branch Administrator KeyTrack® assists in streamlining your systems at your office. Advising you, via the email updates that you receive from KeyTrack® law firms, what firm your agent's clients are using, when their deals go unconditional (when releases of deposit need to be actioned) and then finally when a deal settles.
Also, you both have access to your KeyTrack® Branch Record and Agent List, so you can keep an accurate record of your branch and view all TSRs that your agents have.
Lawyers and Legal Executives KeyTrack® gives you the ability to login to a secure website to create (or update) an online report (TSR) that assists you in keeping in touch with your clients, their agents, brokers and anyone else with an interest in their deals up to date, using today's modern means of communication (online access, email, SMS text messaging) that we have all become very familiar with.
While your clients/agents/brokers can add their own notes to the TSR that will be emailed to all parties, only you (the law firm user) can create TSRs and edit any of the data relating to condition/settlement dates, property addresses, participants etc. This ensures that you are in control of the data that is entered into the TSR, relating to the signed Agreement for Sale and Purchase.
You can still telephone your clients and agents, but you can rest assured that when important stages are met on a property deal, you can login to KeyTrack® to update their TSRs, knowing the automated email and text updates will be sent out to everyone involved, reducing the amount of emails, faxes, letters you have to create and send as well as reducing the amount of phone calls that you have to take, or make.
Mortgage Brokers/Financiers You know when your client's Agreement is received at a KeyTrack® law firm and you have access to a central, digital file to help you keep in touch with everyone concerned, if required.
Just let your clients know that you would like to be included in the TSR and provide your email and mobile phone number to them, so they can let their Lawyer or Legal Executive know.
Other Interested Parties - E.G. Trustees/Company Directors/Building Inspectors As mentioned for Mortgage Brokers/Personal Bankers above, you too can ask to be added to a TSR when you have an interest in the property deal to receive the email and text updates from KeyTrack® law firms.
Just let your client or other entity know that you would like to be included in the TSR and provide your email and mobile phone number to the Lawyer or Legal Executive acting.
