Now Real Estate Agents can let their Clients experience the benefits of KeyTrack® right from the moment they list their property for sale with them. MSR’s can now be generated by Agents from any computer that is globally connected to the Internet.
How does an agent create a KeyTrack® MSR?
Before agents start, they will need their KeyTrack® logins to access to their Home Page @ www.KeyTrack.co.nz under the Real Estate Login Section (either at their TSR or MSR section)

Once agents are logged into KeyTrack® they will see a new tab called “MSRs”
Step 1. Click on “New MSR” and either find an “existing” or add a “new” client.
Step 2. Click on “Next” for the page to add another agent if it’s a 50/50 deal or any Other Interested Party.
Step 3. Click on “Next” for the page to enter the details of the property being sold.
Click on “Next” to go to the Confirmation Page and click on “Create MSR’ to complete the process.
You are then asked how you prefer to be billed for the cost of the MSR,
on special currently for just $5.00 This includes GST and is fully tax deducible.
You can be invoiced, or you can pay securely by credit card online at the end of the
creation of a single MSR
Remember that Transaction Status Reports (TSR’s) are created by KeyTrack® law firms when signed agreements are received at their office and are still free to the Real Estate Industry.
Then upon completing the above steps and setting the MSR live, emails and SMS Text Messages will go to the Agent’s Client, Manager and Administrator, advising that a new MSR is viewable online at KeyTrack® anytime to check on any new developments. They are also provided their individual login details to access the KeyTrack® MSR.
Real Estate Agents, their Managers and Administrators need to contact KeyTrack® if they don’t know their login details on our Freephone number above, or they can email us at: Info@KeyTrack.co.nz to find out this information.
As Real Estate Agents market their properties, they can add further notes to the MSR and then KeyTrack® technology will automatically email these updates to their Client, Manager and Administrator (and the Agent) to keep them all up-to-date with any marketing developments (all updates to MSRs are free).
Clients of Real Estate Agents can also update the MSR with notes (at no cost) when viewing the MSR online. Making sure that everyone is made aware of any new details that assist the Agent in marketing the property for sale.
MSRs are an optional new reporting facility that KeyTrack® has developed exclusively for use by New Zealand Real Estate Agents and their Clients.
MSRs will save valuable time in the communication process with the email service that they provide.
